“Weeks old?” WTF?

As I think about it, since abortion advocates don’t regard unborn babies to be human life, is in utero porn legal?

Perhaps I am unenlightened on such matters, but I instantly want to ask, “But did he actually, physically, IRL*, touch any child??”

*IRL meaning “in real life” (as opposed to just online/interweb/multi-meta-cyberverse)

For goodness sakes Santa Ana law enforcement along with the OCDA needs to stop flaming the fire of fear in hopes to make themselves look big and bad and gain kudos/awards from their peers. They know this person’s age, that he is a minister and all his numerous media platforms, however it is unclear whether or not he is involved with a church…(finding out his church affiliation would be easy part. Not to mention the most important part. Regardless, of how disgustingly worse the media makes this out to be so OCDA and law enforcement can look powerful by taking a bite out of crime. Not to mention the big ticket item of sex offender crime…in the end he is still a 22 year old who was viewing illegal images with no report (so far) of any kidnapping which led to the filming victims. In my opinion that was all that needed to be reported.

If this guy is “downloading and trading hundreds of uploaded images and videos”, I doubt he is even looking at even half of them. This is likely collector behavior…in the same way people collect stamps or coins. It’s not about looking at the images or even a so called “porn addiction”, the thrill is in the collecting.

You guys need to get your story straight! ANTA ANA (CBSLA) – A 22-year-old Santa Ana man has been taken into custody on allegations of downloading and trading more than 2,000 images and videos of child pornography on online platforms. anta Ana police reported Thursday that Luis Pablo Anaya Martin was arrested on seven counts, including possession and control of child pornography, matter portraying sexual sadism or sexual masochism of a person under 18, advertising child pornography and distribution of child pornography.
